苏里格气田固体消泡工艺优化研究

Optimization Research of the Solid Defoaming Process in Sulige Field

摘要:

随着泡沫排水采气工艺在苏里格气田的广泛开展,泡沫影响下游问题逐渐突出,为此在集气站开展消泡工艺现场试验。固体消泡装置安装在分离器之前的试验表明,液体消泡剂需要每天加注,FG-4两种固体消泡剂 3~6d加注一次;液体消泡和固体消泡剂平均自然消泡时间分别为 6 min、3~4 min;液体消泡和固体消泡剂平均抑泡测试时间分别为1 min后再起泡和无泡沫堆积。固体消泡剂自然消泡、抑泡效果优良。苏里格气田部分集气站有二级分离器,固体消泡装置安装在一级与二级分离器之间的改进试验表明,消泡剂 39 d加注一次,能有效降低消泡剂的使用量。固体消泡装置运行平稳,相对节省人力物力,成本随着工艺的改进而降低,应用前景更好。

Abstract:

With the development of foam drainage gas recovery technology in the Sulige field, the problem of foam affecting the downstream is gradually becoming prominent. Therefore, we carry out field experiment of defoaming process in gas gathering station. Experiment results which the solid defoaming device is installed before the first stage separator showed that the liquid defoaming agent need daily filling, FG-4 two solid defoamer 3-6 days;the average natural defoaming time of the liquid defoaming and solid defoamer was 6 minutes and 3 - 4 minutes respectively;the average foam suppression test time of liquid defoaming agent and solid defoaming agent was refoaming 1 minute later and without foam accumulation respectively. Natural defoaming and foam suppression of the solid defoaming agent have good utilize effect. There are two stage separators in the partial gas gathering station. Improved experiment which the solid defoaming device is installed between the first stage and the two stage separator showed that the defoaming agent is added once every 39 days, which can effectively reduce the consumption of defoaming agent. The solid defoaming device runs smoothly and relatively save manpower and material resources. The cost is reduced with the improvement of the process, and the application prospect is better.
